Bead Soup Arrival!

Well hello world! I've been meaning to post this up for a bit, but I've been distracted with work and various projects which I shall get to share with you soon. My soup from my lovely partner Audrey has arrived, and isn't it divine? I'm already working on an assortment of designs with these lovely beads and fibers. <3

Such a pretty pink package! And with an ickle note, too. ♥
Uhm. Yeah. Those chocolates disappeared pretty quickly.  ;)
So. Many. Shines!
Close up of all the pretty beads in their packages!
Well, it's soup! Soup goes in a bowl.  ;)
Close up of the soup. Sigh. It's so pretty! ♥

You can check out what I sent to Audrey by clicking here. And yes, I did in fact send her a pony. I knew she'd give Twilight Sparkle a good home.  ;)

Much love,

Cultured Sea Glass from ZNETSHOWS

I am suuuuper excited to share this with you guys! I got an email about a week ago from ZNETSHOWS with an invitation to design with some of their beads. The beads actually arrived last week (woohoo priority mail shipping, lol!), and I have been having a blast designing with these lovelies.

So far I've made about 5 pair of earrings, and I have at least two to three necklaces planned. What can I say, when I'm on a roll, I can't help myself!

I can definitely say that I'll be ordering some awesome cultured sea glass here in the future. I love recycled glass, the look of sea glass, and fun shapes. This stuff is right up my alley!

That's all for now. I'll be sharing my designs with you all soon.

Much love,

That time again already?

I think if it weren't for BSBP and all other related events, this blog would hardly ever get updated. But yes, it is that time again for the official Bead Soup Blog Party! I am also extremely excited to announce that my partner this time around is none other than one of my very best friends, Audrey!

Roughly 500 people joined the blog hop this time, and I think it is very serendipitous that out of all of those people, I was paired with someone I know personally. It's actually kind of a relief for me, also. It's not so much that I don't like meeting new beaders, but because I've been under a lot of stress lately. Having someone familiar as my partner is comforting, and allows me time to catch up with her again. ♥

I also can't wait for her to receive that soup I've sent. Bwahahaha. At the very least, I know she will be incredibly amused by what I've sent. We have similar beading styles, so I tried to send her something that's at least a little bit different from what she'd expect to receive from me.

Anyhow, I highly encourage you to stop by Audrey's blog and also visit the BSBP blog to find out more info on what the party is all about.

In the mean time, check out these awesome things that Audrey has made!
